Of Faith and Fear

So I have been on a daily journey of Faith. This gets mixed with fear. Daily.

There are days I am strong and ready to take on the world. Other days, I’m not better than mashed potato. Fear takes on my heart and I find myself worried about a whole lot of issues. But then, as almost every time, God sends help through means I barely thought of.

Today, help came through Ife-Grace Dada.

I stumbled on her Facebook post today.

It was just obvious God wanted me to read His mind. And put my heart to rest. Thus, He sent #Ifegrace. And I am most grateful.

Are you always worried or fearful?

I leave you with her words.

‘‘See ehn…This God can be trusted. We can be assured that when God says wait, He has something big for us. Faith does not always make sense. We must always bring before the altar every fear that has begun to creep into our hearts. Don’t let it grow.

Deal with those fearful thoughts by confessing scriptures that negates it. Do this as many times as possible. You can’t be far from the Word and expect your heart to be at peace.

We take every step only as He leads us. We have set our face like a stone. We are determined only to stay with his will. His will is the Word.’’

God is Faithful. And He can be trusted.

Let that be your consolation today.

Cio!
